If the Immortal Flame fellow is the kid pictured above, he's actually one of the tempered victims sentenced to death, not a traitor.

The traitor was tempered too.

He was, but the traitor was a highlander.
I remember him now!
He is from the Ul'dah starting city Storyline as the Main Antagonist. Garibald Fargone was his name and he was killed in the end of the Ul'dah Starter Story when fighting with Papashan who had temporarily gotten out of retirement as a Paladin to help the WoL and save Owyne who was a young Paladin recuit from being killed by Garibald Fargone and his fellow syndicate members.

Found E'manafa in 11-20 of PoTD earlier in the night. This whole dungeon gives me the feels something awful.
So, does this suggest, that every creature inside the palace(besides us) is dead? We are basically killing unrestfull 'souls', Edda being the most obvious one. No surprise there, considering the palace's name. Also makes sort of sense how we need weapons and armor made of aether to protect ourselves then. Did I somehow fail to get the point while reading NPC dialogues, or did nobody explain the palace's nature at all?
I kind of feel bad for facerolling through every floor now, without really paying attention or giving it any thought.

This is such a great find and fun feature! I've stumbled across some Humanoid characters, but didn't pay attention to recognize them. Now I know and knowing is half the battle!
Maybe someone should start a list and put together who is who just for reference. I for the life me won't remember most of these people as they are kind of generic looking to tell me who they were in story mode. Maybe they should've at least kept their names.
I wonder if we will find Moenbryda, Wilfred, Teledji, Haurchefant, Ysayle, Gaius, Fray, Louisoix, Guillaume, Raubahn's disembodied arm, etc. in here. Maybe they should do a whole floor of dead NPCs.

Moenbryda, Haurchefant and Ysayle will probably not appear, since they had closure and said their farewells.
Louisoix is the Primal; Phoenix.

No one explained it since we're part of the team trying to figure out what the place is.So, does this suggest, that every creature inside the palace(besides us) is dead? I want to say I encountered something called a Ravenous Revanant or something in the floor 30ish area? Maybe it was 40-50... It was reddish and cave-like. I wasn't really thinking of it at the time and it died pretty fast and I don't remember any death message since my group was pretty much rushing through the area. =/ All I remember was it was hume/elezen height. Cloaked, and was quite different than most of the other mobs and it had 2 Rs at the beginning of the name... though it could have been R-something adventurer I suppose.
