    Yoshi said it when it was asked about whether 3.0 would increase the inventory. He said it wasn't possible at the time but that they could deal with it by giving everyone a free retainer. No doubt there's still the threads on here somewhere that have what he said, I think it may have even been on video.

    Nah, this is just a gag added by the English Localization Team and probably has little to do with the opinions of SE itself on the matter. Japanese, French, and German languages all appear to have this achievement name be some flavor of "Specter/Ghost/Yo-kai Weapon Collector".

    In game data. When patchs are released, people look inside the assets to see what they added new. Then use this to make a databa base tools like XIVDB or GarlandTools. Because that is not... legal, that's why probably this thread will be erased...
