She uses a move called 'In health' - each person hit with that lights up a letter on the floor, much like the grooms in Tam tara hard.
We had 4 letters lit up and 'Black honeymoon' hit us all for about 6k, causing a wipe. Our Armour is at +15/16

One letter was about 1k and easily healed through.

She also has a fear move - 'Cold feet' which I believe you need to look away from.

My advice is stay close to her, not too close but close enough to react to the floor markers, since 'In health' has 2 versions, Massive AOE with a small safe spot around her, or a medium sized AOE that you need to run from. The fights a more extreme version of the chimera fight I feel.

    Hope this helps!

This, also you shouldn't stand in the middle of the letter circle. It seems, you are taking even more dmg if you stand in that. I might be wrong but that's how it looked like after 5 runs last night.

Even so that party composition is not optimal, still doable if people save the buffs. For example, if you use rage on floors 47+ and only 1 person at a time per floor. Use that buff that says, reduce mobs on the next floor, not sure what the name of it is. You can use it on the same floors, however if you end up having only one or two of these, use them on floor 48 or 49. Remove all traps of the floor, remove the plox, make the whole map visible since the higher floors have a very low chance of blue coffers anyways, and even if you find one 60% of the time they gonna blew up without advancing your gear/weapon.

Keep the succubus buff for the boss, I've seen many people use it randomly on lower floor trash mobs, but it's pointless. So if you work with all these buffs, and have people not blindly run through every room thinking they have to kill everything that comes their way, or not focusing on specific mob mechanics, the floors 41-50 can be cleared within or under 30 minutes depending how much you skip. hope it helps.
