    Alright well I got stuck and I had to restart. I'm at floor one trying to increase my gear and it just says it remains unchanged every time I open a silver chest. Why is this happening?

    I was wondering this myself, we've completed it as a group, but when I tried to use my second save slot for solo, it says all my aether items are synced, and I am not getting points in it

    The chance to increase gear isn't 100%. It's based on the difference between the gear's level and the dungeon level.
