Patch 3.35, season 2 starts and other adjustments to pvp abilities

Season 2 starting immediately after? No new rewards? No new maps, news on banning win traders/feeders/cheaters, and we see yet more poorly thought out balance changes (buffs for monk, REALLY?)

Some really poor decisions are being made with WoW:Legion right around the corner.

We don't know if the rewards are different or not, I just hope otherwise. Also melee in general are getting nerfed with melee lb being nerfed and they lose weapon throw. The only buff is making enliven useful after the sprint not costing TP and that buff is for everyone. IMO the nerfs to melee are more substantial than the buffs.

Ok, but Monk is hands down the best Melee dps right now, and has been for some time. They were buffed with Enliven, as were Ninjas(Finally!). However, the Dragoon nerfs were really uncalled for, as they really weren't strong enough to justify a nerf.

SE has numbers and perhaps they might be doing better in japan? They are certainly doing better on primal. Primal #1 ;^)

Seriously no. Link is only one of like 3 or 4 Dragoons in the top 100 on primal with a win rate over 50%. The job has long since been known to be inferior to monk yet gets slapped now with these nonsensical nerfs to feint, skewer and now impulse rush. Lowering crit from 30% to 20% is not a small nerf. I couldn't care less about raw destruction being nerfed, although I'm really disappointed they didn't reduce the frequency of the adrenaline crates along with it. And having weapon throw removed now isnt surprising since the meta has been shifting towards ranged being the primary dps in feast anyway but it hurts DRG even more than Monk and Nin given we don't possess any increased movement speed abilities/traits and our gap closers dont run on 30 sec cooldowns like them either. How can anyone possibly argue anything about DRG is overpowered when the utility/arsenal of monk, the bursts of mch/brd, and the mobility of mnk/nin exists. And why the fk is elusive jump still a 3 min cooldown for fk sake? How is that overpowered yet blank existing on a 30 sec cooldown is A-OK? Honestly don't know how you can stay on top of opposing MCH's now as DRG with weapon throw gone and blank still 30 sec cd.

A horrid misconception. Nothing that SE has done so far has shown that they even remotely monitor player trends, or even understand the very fundamentals of their own game. This has been true since their introduction of the "oh-so-popular" Atma's, which were created as they are because SE evaluated that the high volume of players doing FATEs was "Because they were fun," while the reality was just that it was the quickest way to level.

I said perhaps, I would've never thought of nerfing dragoons directly I only try to explain why they might have done so.

Yeah it's pretty baffling. Don't even have a preseason for feedback, tweaks or just giving people a break.
