Anima Relic Changes?

I just really hope they incorporate primal trials back into the relic quest line. And no, I'm not talking about light grinds. Something that drops straight from the chest and is 100% UU. Could do it in two phases, first being BEX, RavEX and ThEX, and phase two being, SphEX, NidEX, and ...EX. Assuming that the next lins is in 3.4 though.

So ppl could buy carries and have the weapon the same day they patch it in? I don't agree... I'm fine with incoporating more difficult content into the relic quest, but to drastically shorten the quest to something completable in 3 hours? What's the point? We already have a no grind time gated weapon... It's the one you get with lore tomes and midan gears....

It wouldn't make sense if relic was arguably the strongest weapon in the game and also the easiest to get... What would even be the point in the tomestone weapon or the Ex Trial weapons if relic can be gotten in 1/3 of the time.

Relic is a time investment, just like it was in FF11. It wouldn't make sense to change that imo.

Something like this i would be a lot more open to, but i don't think it would stop any of the "relic is too hard" complaints, unfortunately. Since grinding ex trials would be considerably harder than duty finder dungeons and beast tribe quests lol.

Also i remember in 2.4 a ton of people on the forums were saying they would be fine with relic being time consuming if it had some sort of 100% progress bar instead of RNG-like dungeon atmas. And the developers listened, and yet people are still complaining. Strange. I guess some people will never be happy, no matter what they do. So why even change it?
