So while I'm sure the reps are seeing this, it's highly debatable whether they should care. They probably care much more about the health of the game's active playerbase and how many people are daily players.
The reps/developers see threads like this every week ever since 2.0 came out. Color me surprised if they actually respond to this thread in particular after the several hundred topics related to this have been posted and not responded to directly since the game came out.
