i dont mind syncing but i really hope SE let me use all skills despite level sync

I do agree I'd love the option even if it was a less potency. I think the one thing that gets me is when trying to learn a new class and roulette constantly put you into lower dungeons so you can't practice the new skills. I know I am just now leveling bard and constantly getting dungeons under 40 or so when doing the roulette make me weep. Wait times aint helping either lol

Also less duration for those skills which have no potency. And less procentual effects.

So Greased Lightning I will have in Sastasha the full duration and speed buff, but Greased Lightning II will have less duration and speed buff than Greased Lightning I

In short the skills still have to get nerved down in a way that a player not synched down is not in disadvantage. And then a lv 60 rotation will be possible, but weaker than a rotation of the right level.
