I can understand that it a crappy promotion but if you going to let that make you stop playing the game well then maybe the rest of the game doesn't bring you that much enjoyment anyways.Yes indeed, and I honestly gave up at this point: massive disappointment and I'm so upset that I really wonder whether to continue playing or not. It's not about the outfit itself (for me) but it's how badly implemented this promotion is, how lackluster the decision was (someone had to decide this right?). I just can't believe how poorly their choice was, especially after the great promotion they had for JP and NA (yes the Amazon promotion was exploitable, but don't blame on the players: blame THEM - Amazon themselves - for their lack of controls and fixes).
It almost feels like they didn't even care.
I'm seriously unsure what to do next with this game...
I don't think that's entirely fair. Someone can enjoy the game thoroughly but still be disheartened if they feel like they're getting a poor deal or that their concerns aren't being addressed. So they decide to offer feedback - and if that feedback is ignored or not addressed in a timely or satisfying manner then it only serves to cause further doubts to manifest.
Even for the more 'selfish' players who are throwing a tantrum over this their concerns are understandable simply because it's natural for people to want to not miss out on adding some neat items to their collections when players in America and Japan could do so with minimal effort and fuss involved.

I think part is also that this promotion makes you feel like a less valued customer than others. Na and JP got pretty good deals and we get this mess + the rest of the EU doesn't have any info on their campaigns. I can't say myself what kind of statement I want besides a timely info what other campaigns the other countries get. But I feel treated poorly as customer with this disparate campaign. So I can understand if some people feel actually less motivated for the game itself too if you start to feel unwanted/unappreciated/fobbed off with an in comparison horrid campaign.I don't think that's entirely fair. NA got the best cause even if you aren't in NA but can access NA amazon, you could have gotten the items and it was just a single buy or an item that you would need. JP had probably some 7-11 trouble but at least the things they get would be edible. But EU got magazines that ultimately just run out of stocks as soon as they get released. facepalm to SE for this. I really wanted that butler outfit.I think part is also that this promotion makes you feel like a less valued customer than others. I have been fairly vocal about being against this farce of a campaign for the EU (having 2 posts removed on the subject) but to clear things up the NA people had to buy from the US amazon there is no NA amazon. As a Canadian I had to spend after taxes import fees and shipping a little over 51 USD (46 euro or so) for my $30 purchase of which my selection was somewhat narrowed due to some products not being purchasable from outside of the USA (which lead to me buying an item I probably would not have bought otherwise similar to the magazine situation). So while the codes were unlimited it wasnt exactly the best deal for non-americans living in north america.
