    Okay, I understand. Thanks for all being patient and explaining.

    That seemed counter-intuitive to me based on human nature — my assumption was that players would be too tempted to try out new things to resist unlocking each content. However, if there's direct contrary evidence historically, then I will concede the point. (Even though it's a bit depressing)

    What if the Roulette rewards scaled based on the number of options unlocked? And the final unlock (all Dungeons in the category) could provide a disproportionately larger final boost to the bonus, to dis-incentivize the temptation to unlock everything except those 1 or 2 dungeons a player dislikes.

    That would allow newer players to jump in and start earning the rewards (at a reduced rate) as soon as they unlock a few Dungeons in each category, so no one feels left out, or forced to slog through a lot of stuff in one sitting. But it would also still incentivize players to keep adding unlocks to their Roulette to get the full reward.

    It is a bit depressing really. I know I'm always excited to see as much content as I can.

    I wouldn't mind a system like that. I suppose the toughest thing for SE would be deciding how to scale the rewards for partial unlocks.

    I don't think they would need to. Many of the rewards already scale based on your own level. They could do the same though they might want to increase it as an incentive to get more people to participate in it.
