I would have used LB3, but one of the DPS decided to use it right before he died.

When I run it with my FC friends, we always tell our alliance to save the lb3 for the healers until Ozma is at about 5%. Then a DPS can use it. It helps so much when we actually have it, and has saved our alliance several times. Like last night when I ran, we had to use it because my co-healer wasn't helping with the orbs, and I can't eat all of them. The tank can't because they're also getting lasered. And I believe we got tornadoed so it was only me and our tank left standing. I raised the co-healer to try and get help with the raises, and they used the lb3 as soon as it was available.

And then sometimes you get DPS who take it too far in the opposite direction, and never ever use LB even when everyone is perfectly healthy and competent at dodging mechanics. Or they start channeling it when the boss has 0.5% HP left. Although it does make for some great cinematic shots, like the time I got to use Meteor on Calofisteri, just as she died. The arena lit up in a nice, blinding blaze of hellfire, and then abruptly faded to black. xD

But yeah, thanks to Wiping Shitty, I finally know what all 3 of the healer LB3s look like and what they're called. The AST one is especially pretty, I find.

In my last run, the DPS (Dragoon) used limit break on trash before Forgal (or whatever it's name is).

And our tank (Alliance C) kept taking Alliance A's mob and ignoring ours, resulting in the deaths of some DPS. We were telling him in party chat and using gestures (in case he didn't understand Japanese or English) to come to us.

Finally, after our wipe on the 2nd boss, he understood.

@Mysterysword - we haven't ran into that issues with DPS not using it, and it's really only on Ozma that we ask them to save it just because for some reason people always seem to derp super hard there. I'll be honest, when I'm running on my bard, the minute LB3 pops (and it's not Ozma), I use it. I'm just like YEAH BARD LB3 GOOOO X3

@FinaSel - Was the LB used on trash before the boss room? If they did, I can kind of see why since the lb resets every boss so it would have been wasted anyways. And yeah, we had a WAR that wanted to MT all of the trash pulls during the first half of the raid. But he did do a good job because I pulled hate from him on my WHM while enjoying my Stone III spam and almost died to a crocodile D:

Found another fun BLM rotation! Thunder II - Fire III - Firespam - Transpose - Blizzard III - Fire III. Seen in Antitower... after the first boss, I asked this so-called BLM if they have unlocked the level 50+ skills as they never used any of them.
BLM: "Yes."
Me: "Use them PLEASE!"
BLM: "Ok."
BLM: -continues with their weird "rotation"-
WAR: "Use Enochian, then Fire III, then Fire IV twice"
BLM: "I don't understand, I'm German"
Me: -writes down the basic rotation in German-
BLM: -never reacts-

WAR is a main BLM like me, we both cried We had six frog phases during the first boss, five meteor phases during the second one and three sets of dollhouse during the last one. Worst thing was, someone asked in a linkshell a healer for Antitower in progress and this party I joined was the wrong one ;_;

Had my daily ARF via 60 Roulette (which I like since I get both the roulette eso and the dungeon eso, with the potential newbie bonus), running as WHM. The PLD tank mass pulled the first pack, and proceeded to only pop Fight or Flight.
Through out the entire dungeon, the ONLY cooldown he popped was Fight or Flight. Not once did this tank use any kind of defensive cooldown. No Rampart, no Sentinel, hell, not even a Sheltron. I couldn't do any DPS, because the guy also took hits like a wet paper towel, which sucked even more because we had an awesome BRD who had Foes up constantly for myself and the BLM.

Hell Wind occurs so naturally the main tank drops dead immediately (seriously guys Stoneskin or Aldo the MT) and suddenly I'm like crap I'm tanking Forgall as a Monk, I re position him facing away from the raid, I shout to my healing buddy over skype what's happening and he pumps heals into me to keep me alive (and I throw in a Bloodbath and Mantra as good measure) for about 2 minutes until another tank just decides to take him off me.

Is today the day of crappy DRKs with crappy gear or something?!?! Did I miss some sort of memo about this?!?! Like what is going on?!?!

This hurts my heart as a DRK who does know what they're doing. I promise, we ARE out there...

That's why I don't run Antitower or any other Esotoric Dungeon/Lore Dungeon (Except ARF) in Duty Finder, the amount of People doing something wrong is horrible high lately.
It takes just 1 Tank / 2 BLM {1 SMN / 1 BLM alternative} / 1 SCH Setup not to see a second Frog Transformation due of the heavy Burst right in the beginning, speaking of the Boss can be brought down about 30-40% HP before even transforming two People into Frogs.

Isn't it somehow funny? I mean ... I'm German myself and I can speak / write English (Problem being my accent only, sounding horrible), yet... People not being able to understand? I feel you...

Well..

Before 10 Minutes I had a Run of ARF, the Tank died at the first huge Trash Group, being geared fine yet not overgeared for Speedrunning it... I somehow felt dumb.
I think it is time not to DPS when Tanks decide to pull the first two Trash Groups right before the Garlean Group... It ends up as usual, either the Tank drops to 1-2k HP or can't hold Aggro, meanwhile entering Cleric Stance is a thing where you basically decide if the Tank should die or not...
