    Biggest thing they need to work on is letting you send tells to GMs while your in a dungeon or trial. No way im backing out from a 30min que and then getting hit by another 25mins for leaving a duty.

    If someone is trolling an you don't like them then add them to your blacklist. Pretty simple fix.
