What sort of "response" do you expect? The deal's been done, the codes have probably already been printed. The first magazine is out in a matter of hours.

They're not going to pull back and not do the deal anymore. This is the crappy decision they've made and we can vote with our wallets and show them we're not dolts that will fall for crap like this. I don't care enough about some crappy glamour stuff.

I'm in the UK, it's 1:04am in the 13th July. They still have an entire day to change the deal to digital at the very least. I mean they did it with Amazon and the NA promo, they can do it here. No excuses.
