About the EU campaign for maid outfit and fat chocobo

Ok, so what do we have here..
JP - buy some stuff in normal store, hmm, sounds okay.
NA - buy any stuff on amazon, hmm, np, I would prolly buy something anyways.
EU - buy 3 issues of overpriced and also useless magazine (there are plenty of good game reviews sites on internet) and yeah, you also have to send your photo to some random email!

Yeah I thought the same: a steam promotion would've been great! The game is even sold on their store, it's not that big of a deal. I really can't grasp what were they thinking when they chose a magazine that's most likely read in the UK anyway.

Yup, they already collaborate with Steam so it shouldn't be impossible to do something like this.

Well damn it, I knew we EU players would get shafted somehow: I don't really care about the mount or the mask but I can't even obtain my attire until september!

On top of that while it's purchasable online, I'm not even from the UK: couldn't they have chosen a better medium but a magazine that's in the UK?

Why should I have to send my photo to some strange magazine I've never even heard off, and I know for a fact isn't even stocked locally for me.

I don't even like leaving the house, I have agoraphobia. But guess what I can even order teh magazines via there subscription to get teh items, want to know why?

I never heard of that magazine before: we have our own game magazines (The Games Machine, PSM, etc), and I'm sure other countries have their own versions. I didn't say it can't be bought, but I don't see why ALL EUROPE have to buy a specific magazine from ONE country (which is ironically not part of EU anymore) when they could've have used Steam or ANY OTHER media in existence.

As it is, it's both unfair (we have to wait untip september for most rewards) and more expensive than the other promotions.

And another angry EU player here. Let me just add, while they consider more campaigns for other countries, what about the Balkans? Or any of the South and East Europe countries? This campaign got me so angry and it felt like a slap in the face for us.

This actually fills me with fear for the Chinese/Korean outfits, and the Monkey King outfits in the future...what monstrosity would they have us do for those.
