    1.19a patch is planned for sometime in the next 2 weeks (Mid-October) so there's a good chance, as usual, the initial patch is just to get the framework out then the a,b,c patch is to touch it up.

    Anyways, don't buy or make gear until you are optimal level for it. Problem solved.
