You might wanna do some more research. First of all caster doesn't require the same accuracy as physical, caster accuracy is 590-591.
Second why are you insisting on using a lot of i230 pieces? Most of these pieces are inferior stat weight wise, additionally if you look into how stat weights work the stat weights will lower as you drop in main stat meaning that losing 6 of a main stat equals to more than just 6 stat weight loss.

Here are some sets with higher stat weight while still in the accuracy requirements that I made based on yours.

There's a feature on Ariyala that shows the stat weights of an item directly which makes it quite easy to find which pieces are good.
