Jynx - It's like you're inside my head. I've always felt exasperated that SE are so secretive about everything. Much of what they don't tell us has no commercial value to anyone so it's not like they're giving out company secrets. Just tell us the details when something goes wrong, what it was & why. We will respect you more, not less! That applies to everything, like server limitations, the graphical situation, et al.

Sadly them doing so would make them more accountable and it's something they obviously want to avoid. I mean if they tell us the servers are garbage and that's the reason why then players will clamor for better servers.

Those cost money and they are a business they want to not spend any money if at all possible. It makes sense, doesn't make it fun to be on the consumer side. They use smoke and mirrors and loosley worded phrases like "Not at this time" so they can get players to cling to hope that someday they will be heard.
