Sorry to read that you have missed it, maybe (and I know this isnt a 100% solution) they might put the item on Mog Store someday. Gamescom is in August and Tokyo Gameshow is in September, they bring the moogle npc back for these events.

previous earrings are still not in mog store, but they came ingame again after another earring event (during Tokyo Gameshow?).
Those are rewards of real life events for the whole server instead of ingame events, after all (if your sever didn't win, it would feel like cheating if it just go into the cash shop).

To be honest though, do many people really care about glamour earrings or accessories. I mean earrings and rings are really the last thing I would ever notice on a character but even then it would be because I examined the gear, not saw it on their character. Maybe just me but even knowing about it I kinda just said "eh" and ignored it.

Yes some do like glamour accessories. I use the Paramour Heart Earrings and Necklace on my character and when I have a in game partner I glamour the wedding ring to my left ring.

You earned achievements on the 17th, 18th, 24th and 2nd.....You had time to run dungeons, Moogle Dailies, Alexander, PVP on 2 different occasions...but not 5 minutes to port to a Moogle?

The moogle NPCs come back for some events as some others said, so they should be back in October or something if you still want them then.

They were in the 3 main cities. I only know about Limsa's for sure, he was near the big tree next to the aetheryte.
