The divide between minimum and maximum gear at level 60 is already very wide. So sync this fight to IL 180, same as The Aetherochemical Research Facility.

Even with item level sync it won't help. Try a leveling dungeon such as Sastasha with a leveling tank and level 60 geared DPS. Even synced down the DPS will rip agro off the poor tank.
