Forcing NA Duty Finder to be better, we need a grading system.

A system of this sort defeats the entire purpose of the duty finder in it's entirety.

You want a hardcore group to play with find them on your server make a Party Finder or deal with what your randomly assigned because that's what the duty finder is randomly assigned people.

to suggest something like this means you do not know the purpose of the Duty Finder at all.

Duty Finder was introduced to help players who are new to the place or could not find a group for certain contents find groups and to also get Veteran players back into older content to help those players.

If you are looking for players with the same skill level as you and/or perform at a personal expectation level then that is the function of the Party Finder.

When you sign up for Duty Finder you are signing up to work with a group of random players of different skill level.

Can we also teach NA players how to do Alliance raids properly? and grade them on that too? I have an alt on a NA server and it was troublesome, people calling out who's going to be main tank wasting time even though right at the start of the duty it's spelled out for you what Alliance tank is the main tank.

I'd settle for teaching melee how to aoe and healers how to dps in dungeons. At least tank fights are funny.

B is in the middle, the boss is in the middle, put 2 and 2 together. Works everytime as apposed to 2 minutes of Alliances deciding who's going to do what, it's quick and efficient and I'm pretty sure this was how it was intended.

If you can tell me what strategic advantage fighting over who the main tank is then I'm all ears, not even being rude about it. I just don't see what's the point when the layout is quite clear as soon as it says "Duty Commenced!"

Nope, usually 24man raids are a mess. Sometimes people will say "but A usually does that" but there will always be a few saying "what I've never seen any group do that you're wrong". I usually go on warrior if I tank so I default to OT anyway.
