    Welcome Magi! ^-^

Although Luna is totally correct about the glamour system only being unlocked at level 50, that doesn't mean you can't get around in cute couture outside of duty! Use the gearsets to swap in a 'glamour set' of cute clothing while having another set dedicated to your 'battle' gear until you can unlock the glamour system.

As for what to wear, for dresses there are quite a few choices - some of my favourites are:

Spring Dress and Spring Skirt - early 1800's Regency-style gown and skirt that is dyeable.
Rivieria Dress - late 1700's style dress with a corset and poofy sleeves that is dyeable (this is the dress worn by many npc Limsa Lominsan women)
Rainbow Bustle and High Houses Bustle - late 1800's Victorian style bustle dress. The High Houses version is identical in design to the Rainbow Bustle but is dyeable
The three wedding dress variations - late 1800's style formal dresses. The two paid versions are dyeable, but sadly the free version is not
Valentione's Apron Dress and Valentione's Skirt - cute lolita-style maid's dress that is dyeable.
Housemaid's Apron Dress - a longer (but still cute) maid's dress that is more in keeping with Gothic-lolita fashion in style
Bridesmaid's Dress - cute early 1900's Edwardian style dress that is dyeable.

For the above, the Spring Dress/Skirt, Rainbow Bustle and High Houses Bustle are crafted and therefore purchasable on the Market Board, the Riveria Dress is bought with MGP from a vendor at the Gold Saucer, the wedding dresses are gained through the wedding ceremony quest 'The Ties That Bind' (with the dyeable ones gained through the premium paid ceremony plan), the Valentione's Dress was formerly gained through a past Valentine's Day event but is now bought on the Mogstation, the House Maid's Dress was part of the special cross promotion with Amazon/7-11 (which is only available to US and Japanese players at the moment), and finally the Bridesmaid's dress is bought from a vendor at the tailor in Ul'dah's main street.

Either way, hopefully this has been a help.
