If it's the one you quoted the translated Q&A from a couple of posts back... I'd say that "being added on the Japanese side of things" implies "the Japanese developer side" and not "JP mogshop". Unless it's worded more specifically somewhere else, of course.

I'm not sure if it's worded differently else where, but since the Panda minion and Magpie minion ended up up in the mogshop, I kinda took it that once this item is added into the data on our end, then it would end up in the shop there as well.

Oh yes, most certainly it will. But that doesn't mean JP-only mogshop. I interpreted it to mean "Japanese as opposed to Chinese or Korean", not "Japanese as opposed to European or North American" (since 'our' items are added over there in Japan as well). =) If I misunderstood what you meant in your post, I apologize for adding to the confusion.
