That raises the question: Why can't they give Jobs traits too?As I understand the reason they are not looking to add traits is basically SCH/SMN.
They thought it'd be good to have 1 class that branches into a DPS and Healer, but as they grow in level and become more specialized, the Devs can no longer add anything "common" to the classes as it simply doesnt mesh.
At least that is the argument that I keep hearing... I dont think it'd be so difficult to add a trait that has multiple effects for job abilities, like a trait that gives an added effect to Adlo AND Ruin 3 for instance, since they are effectively mutually exclusive.
"PS4 limitations"?
I'm game for both as long as they can squish them like WoW did when later expansions came. There are some jobs I play where I think "why do these have to be 2 separate abilities?" WoW did a good job of combining certain abilities or traits.
lol give nin 1 new skill, 4th mudra. bwahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha 4 traits and about 5 new skills, PERFECT
4 mudra combination skills? The first would be "self detonate : you can't handle all the mudra stuff and decide to ignite yourself and blow like a firework"![]()
I just want a self-heal already. And perhaps either a defense turret (Knight Turret?) or a legit defensive cooldown.
I love Machinist, but I don't enjoy being a glass cannon.
