I agree it kinda falls in line with anything, you want someone to hunt down a minion for you then give it at a discount is just as insulting as wanting the crafter to make it for you and sell it for less when they can make more ignoring you. Either you'll find someone who will or you'll give up and buy it from them on the MB. If you bring the mats you get it much cheaper and honestly with the ironworks crafting set most can probably do it from a few NQ items. When the items were originally going for like 800k each (3.2mil for 4) I gathered all the HQ mats, bought a seafood stew and the crafters only asked 100k, gave em 200k for the work. Maybe just your server but if you want a discount you have to put more work into it rather just asking they do everything. I wouldn't respond either if that was your claim.

This right here there plenty of nice crafters out there that will craft for small tip if you provide the mats.

Another thing that came to mind from a recent interaction and this above only applies if you only want 1-2 items made. Even if you have mats don't ask a crater to make you like 20 (especially HQ) items and expect them to take 30 minutes of their time to make them for a 5k tip or even worse no tip at all.

I've had people do that, ask if I can make them something HQ then I get like 10x the amount needed.

If I already have the items on the MB and someone wants a 20% markdown on something that moves slow, I'll gladly do it since I know some items can drop from 5 mil to 2 in a matter of hours. Some profit is better than none.
