Implicitly this is because her husband cannot keep it in his pants and is cheating on her with said maid, and that she'd stand out in broad daylight yelling about her dirty laundry is frankly hilarious to me. I mean, we know this is a recurring problem in Ishgard - 3 key figures in 3.0 are illegitimate children - but c'mon...
