    Did they complete the quest "A Performance For the Ages"? Did they speak with Rammbroes (the mauve-ish colored Roegadyn)? There are actually quite a few quest requirements to be able to unlock Crystal Tower.

    Nop, considering he can't even take Legacy of Allag to unlock the quests to unlock CT :/
