    They will release the fan fest twitch accounts on the Lodestone closer to the date and then you just subscribe to the Twitch to get the free stuff .

    No you have to pay for the "premium" stream (was $20 last year) to get the stuff otherwise they have a free stream that doesn't get any items.

    It should be, but I only play the one character so I don't know if I've got the post from the Post Moogle if it's account wide .
