You don't -need- a house to play the game, any more than someone needs a glamor to play the game. Both are parts of the game that people want. You can't argue against someone wanting glamors, then say you're right for wanting more housing (Not that I disagree about housing personally).
Your argument is simply hypocritical. Just because you value one type of content over another, you assign different rules to the argument.
