To be fair Balmung was continually mentioned in the live letter :P

I mean it is one of the highest populated English servers if not thee highest so I guess Highest Population = Voice of all English Fans and who SE will go to for most of their feedback it seems.

True there will always people who miss even the most obvious satire (weeps in agony over people on Facebook taking Onion news seriously) but there's still a framework that makes it lean into the territory of "there's no way this is serious" which is about as best as you can get on the internet.

It's just a joke. Some of the answered questions from the live letter were around RP topics. Balmung is known as the unofficial, but official, RP server for NA, so I called them out for being the cause.
