We can use counter attack off of a Miss, like many of us asked for.
Counters all day now, it's awesome.

FINALLY! I never understood what the difference was if they missed us or we evaded attacks when it came to using these abilities. This is epic.
That's... a little unexpected. I wonder if this wasn't unintentional and something they'll end up ninja fixing in 1.19a. Not that I'm complaining... it's fairly annoying to have a mob continuously miss you and you not being able to counter because of it.
It's hopefully working as intended. Theirs no more evading. If you use Featherfoot itll trigger a "Miss" now instead of an "Evade" I'm having a blast rapidly building TP and also TP Spamming Haymaker II -> Simian Thrash and just Haymaker II when Simian is on cooldown. Pink Balls are horrid on Ifrit man their huge x.x
Best part is, Concussive Blow reducing mob accuracy directly benefits counters now as well on top of Light Strike and Featherfoot. Evade seems to have been incorporated as part of accuracy calculations, as 'evade' never appears anymore.
Also did anyone else notice that Featherfoot gives MP after the effect is removed?
Yea I knew it was going to have an MP regeneration effect, however I presumed like most people it would give MP upon using it. I like that they did it this way though. It separates it from being a simple Refresh.
awesomemust try it out
PUG + evasion build = constant destruction, haymaker, jarring strike. works on MRD too
Getting both jarring strike II & haymaker II off of one miss is even better now do to this change. Happy for this change
