Thanks for the help with that, Bixillarla. I was suspecting that might be the case, but at least the PSN cards and FF Game Sub cards are in now. That helps a bit!

So the digital PSN code is now included?
Good. I'm about to buy something on PSN anyway.
Meanwhile waiting on details for European promotion. :<
I would like to know when Canada was voted off the North American continent.
I just LOVE having to pay American dollars from Amazon.com because Canada isn't in North America anymore. When you say things are coming to North America, could you actually mean it next time, please.
I wasnt made aware of such a thing either. so why is it that Amazon.ca isnt included in this or if they are when are they going to participate? I have a few Canadian friends I would like to be able to let know for sureI would like to know when Canada was voted off the North American continent.

.ca is not participating you have to shop from .com for the promotion and have the item shipped to Canada.
Many items from Amazon.com can be shipped to Canada, many have already got their codes. You can refine your search by checking the box on the left to items that will ship to Canada to make it easier to find items that work for you.
That's not the point, though. The point is that Canadians shopping from amazon.com get to pay insane amounts of shipping and import costs -- there was one who reported buying a game for $20, and the import fee was closer to $30, i.e. MORE than the actual game cost. Which means that they force approximately half of their actual North American customers to pay considerably more than the rest -- not counting NA players who don't actually live in North America, like those from South America or even completely different continents. It's more than likely they're paying higher costs as well, but since this is a promotion aimed at North American customers, it's somewhat fair to assume that NA players not living in North America will have a disadvantage. But Canada is part of North America..ca is not participating you have to shop from .com for the promotion and have the item shipped to Canada.

There are things with high duty fees and things with low duty fees. You just have to find something with low duty fees or something digital.
At this point, I'm happy we can even USE amazon.com to buy stuff, a few years back we couldn't at all.
I was excited about the promo at first until I decided I wouldn't use the outfits anyways and would just end up spending $20 on recolored fat chocobo. So I decided to pass.
This really has nothing to do with it. It a promo done with amazon.com (not .ca) that provides codes that can be used on NA accounts. Canada is not excluded except for in your mindset. If you buy something from amazon.com whether it cost you more or not still gives you a code that can be used on your NA account.I would like to know when Canada was voted off the North American continent.
