These are items that have been blessed by a primal, right? Now available for everyday use and smithing. I understand the markets are fickle, but doesn't this cause a problem with regards to encouraging primal usage/belief by the general populace?

Sort of, yes. I imagine they're far from common, though - and may very well be something that just needs to be handwaved as 'rule of cool' rather than 'realistic consequence'.

I think we can safely chalk this one up to 'gameplay and story segregation' - technically it's armour that only the player (or someone else with the Echo) could safely wear (after all, there is 'beastmen' forged items which is technically armour but due to size/shape/materials/weight Spoken simply cannot equip it. It could be the same here that the Primal armour is really only safe for an Echo user to wear (i.e. the Warrior of Light).
Or else Rowena is secretly tempered herself and is selling Primal gear to lure in new followers to her 'god'.![]()

definitely rowena certainly is just out to make a coin. Honestly have no idea how a primal can "bless" something that doesnt give inert resistance to their element but ok.

There's a much simpler answer:
Seika: I presume you're familiar with the House's latest line of arms and armament? “Eikonic,” they call it. Fashioned in the image of those legendary items supposedly imbued with the essence of primals themselves, et cetera.
Seika: Simply put, they're reproductions. Damn fine ones, to be sure. All credit to the House's artisans. Nevertheless, with the right materials─courtesy of the Illuminati─I can improve upon their work.

well that got debunked fast.

Pretty sure that applies to the Lore gear and not the crafted Eikon gear.

Given that the only people using crafted gear have the Echo, it probably isn't a concern regardless as far as crafted gear goes either.

The physical appearances of the primals, with some artistic embellishments.
