    I appreciate it but upon clearing Ozma 4 times now, the fight is really only hard because the arena is designed badly. That's not to say the mechanics aren't hard to handle, even experienced players struggle with them. But because of how the actual arena is designed to become a huge cluster. Had the arena been a more complete circle with area to work within, Ozma would not be as hard.

    ??? Limited arena does not equate badly designed.

    Actually it does, the fight is a cluster which leads to the illusion that the fight is hard. Similar to the S Rank that occasionally spawns inside the Bronzelake cave. When you have a big group you need a area big enough to allow movement, with Ozmas case each team has a platform and the ring. But the mechanics call for us to clutter our playing space in order to avoiding a wipe, which means we must hurt ourselves in the process of handling this fight.

    Ozma itself isn't tough it dies very quickly and the transition to the area outside the raid and the black hole effect are awesomely done which makes the player keep thinking something is going to happen. But then you're thrown into a elbow to elbow battle that wants to be something really great but is hurt by the design being in another circular area.

    It's just a circle with pitfalls, which we already have in a few other fights. So it's not really unique to start with, Titan and the second Mandeville boss are circular with game over pitfalls. Had the fight been in a triangle area with these mechanics it would be truly interesting.

    But these are my opinions and for me the hardest boss in WC is Forgall.

    Arena design is part of an encounter as much as the boss itself. Giving you all the space in the world limits what mechanics they can throw at you.

    People are still learning the mechanics and (for me) it seems as if things are improving. There have been no wipes with any of the bosses until Ozma.

    Either way, I am enjoying the Weeping City and I do hope they won't nerf it. Though I think that Ozma should have been the final boss of the Weeping City rather than Califestri (sp) After beating Ozma, she seems so lacklustre in comparison

    This isn't for hardcore Raiders, it's for casual players trying to catch up. If it's too difficult to actually get done, and people aren't able to get their gear or upgrade items... it needs to be fixed. If you're complaining, stop doing the Wipe City, and start doing Nex, Sepex, or Alex midas savage. Hardcore Raiders need not apply in Wipe City.

    The Battlefield for the Ozma is designed to look intimidating, you got this huge boss in the center with circular platform around it. It was made to unnerve ya. They did a great job with that boss.
