Im mentor soon but 2000 run is rly a lot if u not have been mentor since in came up. It will take a lot of time . I guess 2 months and half with 200 run by weeks = 10 weeks ( i dont think i could do that me lol ) . And with ff xv coming i will have less time to do mentor runs . So, will have it a day ...

200 runs per week is a little less than 30 a day, not possible.

Well i maybe say a little too much for a week about dongeon runs . I maybe got confused with my Tanks farms wuth primals . Sry for this mistake >.< but i do know there is pple can do around 20 dongeons by day. Dont know how they do but.. they do. Around 11h of game @.@ . I cant do that because iv a life and priorities. I feel i will never get this pony before i leave FF XIV

Yeah, the fact that this is a Mentor reward is really stupid.

People in my Linkshells are already spamming Mentor roulette on unpopular languages to farm it because they don't want to deal with new people.

I don't mind that is is locked behind DR Mentor. Most people who try to farm for it that have no interest in actually helping people will burn out soon enough due to the frequency of 2.X EX primals that pops up. Even then, roughly half of those fail due to people who either refuse to listen to the strat and continue to make the same mistakes over and over again (getting hit by landslides, creating super gaols, getting hit by Shiva Bow, standing in the group when marked with searing winds, ect) or people who just aren't that good at the game hoping for a carry.

Edit - Besides, most of the bad mentors probably don't even have DR:Mentor unlocked at all yet. While we now have icons to differentiate types of Mentors, I wish they would make it so only battle mentors could participate in DR: Mentor. That would help minimize, not eliminate, the amount of Mentor's who do not know the fights well enough to guide a group of players through them.
