Part of me hopes it is, 'cause then I'll have it first day.
...Unless SE rolls back my commendations for some reason, then I might cry.
[EDIT] The white cloth under the saddle is a very similar design to the one the Parade Chocobo uses.

It looks very similar to The Best Gown Ever, and it has the wedding chocobo tail shape, this might actually be a comm reward. Which is the only content that relies on others aside from weddings, PvP, and RaF.
As long as it's not RaF or 3.0's Kirin I'd be willing to work for it.

Speaking of which.. could this be a mentor reward? It looks very similar to The Best Gown Ever, and it has the wedding chocobo tail shape, this might actually be a comm reward. Which is the only content that relies on others aside from weddings, PvP, and RaF.

Its pretty unlikely to be the Kirin equivalent, for starters, Sophia and Zurvan aren't implemented yet. It would be a little pointless to showcase a mount that nobody can get 2 patches in advance, and there's also the fact that this is a pegasus, which would contrast with the Lanners,

Where can one see this mount?
"People have the right to choose their own path to destruction."

Ah, thank you!
"People have the right to choose their own path to destruction."
I think this mount is in a chest in Aquapolis or Palace of the Dead. It could be a mentor reward (which will bring in more mentors that dont give a f*ck about teaching newcomers like with the crown symbol) or a reward from the new Frontlines. PvP has rewarded horses before and we all know SE wants to make PvP more popular and active. Making a 2man horse mount a reward for doing X or Y amount matches and winning them, could encourage players to do it for a while.
Making this a wedding mount means:
1. Married players need to divorce and marry again to get this mount (SE can make more money this way)
2. Married players will also get this mount, since they are already married. This will be of no benefit for SE, so I doubt that this will happen.
Another possible thing could be RAF, this could be a RAF item, which I realy hope it isnt.
