Sorry, but just something you have to accept, or not do business with them.Something that makes me uneasy about this whole deal of reclaiming houses and the current freeze on the timer is that there are lots of people around the world playing who may be subject to situations outside their control which would make them unable to play for a long period of time. Sickness, natural hazards happening on a smaller area not being covered by worldwide media, etc. In none of those situations they would halt the timer. I wonder, if another natural disaster was to happen here in Chile, for instance... would they freeze the timer too? If they didn't then that would mean I'm a 2nd class customer to them.
