I believe the quests that give 2 oaknots are at rank 6. I might be wrong though, haven't done them in forever.

Getting to rank 7 wasn't bad since you could eventually do 12 dailies every day for ixal. Now that they are upping the rep per allowance it will be even faster.

np. be sure to do the quota one every day and the highest ranked ones first, so you always get the most possible rep per day.
