Yea there was no hint of a nerf to the "Coming into it's Own" quest for relic in the LL, but that doesn't necessarily mean that it won't be made easier. It's possible the tokens from the Moogle Tribe could be used to purchase Unidentified items like Vath/Vanu, but at a more affordable amount, say 6 tokens instead of 18 (or so I hope ever-so much).

I don't think it's a crazy idea for 3.x and 2.x Beast Tribes to have separate allowances though. I liked the grind of 2.x Beast Tribes, felt like an accomplishment.

Isn't it true that the Ixal quest could be done at a lower level, so non-50s could use the daily quests to level their DoHs? I was already capped by the time Ixal came out but I thought I recall others used them to level.

When are they going to have a DoL themed Tribe.. Gatherers get no appreciation ; ;
