Looking for active PVP community, any server--will transfer

I'm looking to move to any server on Aether and willing to play on any GC for Shatter. WHM/AST main, experience with callouts on VOIP, and am happy to take criticism despite my massive amounts of salt some days.

Cactuar is my home server and I've been playing PVP pretty much every day. I have a small LS and at one point we had enough players to have two teams queuing light party on Discord, and we've also done duos or small premades in Seal Rock with moderate success.

Honestly, it's just too hard to maintain an active population with all the transfers, unsubs, etc, so I'm looking to move on to something bigger and more established. I want a regular PVP crew, not a revolving door in need of constant tending. When I organized light party games I'd sometimes spend an hour getting players for maybe 30 minutes of queues, and still heard complaints about there not being enough PVP.

Balmung! there are 2 active PVP linkshells i know of
there is also the highly premade active RUM FC on gilgamesh (but if you can widthstand their "fast" reputation then go for it)

There's a smallish pvp community on Behemoth It's a linkshell run by Shalua Lie who often streams his matches.

I wasn't aware the queue was limited to just the data centers. I wonder if combining the data centers into the queue would help with the population.

Sargatanas has a semi-active Flames group. Dunno much about the other grand companies, though. I transferred to Sargatanas from Siren largely due to the lack of pvp community there but it's also a nice medium/legacy server. Although to get anywhere in pve it really helps to know people before you transfer over.

We're tentatively planning to do groups for Shatter :3

That's correct, I appreciate the friendliness from Primal but I at least know familiar faces on Aether. Not sure if I'll move my main or a 60 alt yet, as there are still 2 people I know playing. I really want to leave Cactuar but I don't want to leave them.

Funnily enough, my Seal Rock duo transferred to Siren a couple days ago. A week before that, one of our best and most active Feast players Shin Fayte unsubbed. Around the same time one friend quit PVP, one unsubbed. I lose players faster than I can gain them.

Gilgamesh I thought was supposed to be the biggest NA server PVP and raid wise. Though pvp just isn't that popular in NA anyway compared to JP wherever you go the queues will follow the same pattern of quick queues at the beginning of a new contents life and dead queues after a few weeks as long as you stay in an NA data center.
