Oh yah, I've seen some chaps. Had to wear them on my male and female toons. And my poor monk just recently got a top that looks like the one the miqo'te with the Amal'ja wears. *rubs temples* Oh well. Whatever floats peoples' boats.

I don't think they are born with horns. A lot of animals with horns aren't born with them, and if they do, they're little tiny nubs if anything. My guess, a lot like most animal birth, they're born soft-bodied and only grow into the hardened scales and horns/tail as they grow up.
