He's talking about the i220 midas nm necklaces I think, since he mentioned acc/spd vs crit/spd.

Edit: on a side note, based on stat weights I think pentamelded (str V + 4x spd IV) crafted i220 ring can potentially be BiS if the actual accu cap is 700-ish, you can take two of those rings and just replace one or two of the spd IV materias for accu IV if needed.
