This healer was healing Sohm Al, which is a HW dungeon that has never healed before. Obviously we scraped through and by some miracle, we got to the last boss. However, that healer also died to AoE on the wing phase EVERY TIME. We of course kicked that guy and got a healer that we killed it no problem with. For fucks sake, make sure you practice in lowbie dungeons first.

Sohm Al was new to the guy to heal so some mechanics need to be learned, if everybody do like you and kick those that have yet to attempt a place how you think that person is going to learn how the dungeon works if systematically that person is. kicked ?...yeah sure...no need to answer me that someone the guy was trying to heal a new place is being kicked for trying...even if dying into aoes

So I was on my lowbie the other night trying to get her through mainlines so I had more dungeons to do on her than Sastasha, Tam Tara, Copperbell and Toto-Rak. I finally unlocked Haukke Manor, easy lowbie dungeon, and quickest non-trial dungeon with VERY few mechanics except for the final boss and AOE dungeons.

Tank insta left, so Healer, Me and the other DPS stuck around for a bit. I was jamming to Vocaloid so I figure this'll be quick. Nope, healer left said he was gonna go back to PF.

Welp. I couldn't vote abandon because it hadn't been 15 minutes yet, and it seemed like a waste of time to wait for another healer AND tank.
I did the other DPS a solid and kicked him because I wasn't sure if he was gonna get a penalty or not, then left.

Oddly enough, I didn't get a penalty, but I do hope whomever the other DPS was that run, if you're reading this- A'donna Bhela wishes you luck and hope you got a better run.

There's being new to a dungeon and just being bad by standing in the bad. Anyone with a brain knows that orange/red pulsating marks on the ground is bad. No excuses for that.

Expert roulette & I get Antitower. I say at the start that it's my very first time there as BLM (actually, first time in a level 60 dungeon ever as BLM). Embarrassingly, I made mistakes like miscalculations on remaining mp, forgetting Raging at times, and going into Enochian for AoE. But the NIN was amazing and so were the WAR and WHM. It felt like a really fast run (18 minutes). But what blew me away and made me so grateful was when WAR deliberately faced Calcabrina to me so I need not move for Brace, especially as I have already set Ley Lines down too. I asked him if he did that on purpose and he said yes & that he used to main BLM. To Noveen & Mainyu & Ryuno, thank you for such a nice first experience. ^_^ I wanted to give everyone comms, but I had to go with the NIN. He's a fellow DPS and he did a lot of dmg! But I felt bad to not have been able to give to the WAR.. T_T

Keeper of the Lake via mentor roulette, the WHM is new. Everything's fine except for this one wipe at the first boss, until at the last trash packs before the final boss, the tank pulls everything, the WHM can't keep up with the incoming damage, wipe. We could have discussed about big pulls with new healers at this moment, but I decided to give the WHM advice for what they can do during big pulls, like using Presence of Mind and Divine Seal.
...then the dragoon told me to "stop talking bullshit, the dungeon isn't that hard". ...eh? I'm sorry for giving advice which YOU don't have anything to do with?

It just seems like some people have to chime in no matter what even when it has nothing to do with them, like him telling you to stop talking bs added nothing to the whole conversation when you clearly gave sound advice.

Some people are just...I don't even know, how do they even succeed at life.

this is correct. you should still use for the 5% damage buff of this short CD
