I'm jealous of you guys. I've ran level 60 roulette nightly and I've never once had it.

I don't get this at all... well different people different opinions. But seriously It's a lvl 60 dungeon so it's in the lvl 60 dungeon roulette, that makes sense to me.
It's because fresh Lv60 players go to ARF before doing any tome grind, so it's reasonable to expect them in IL 150 gear. A tank at 150 would have trouble keeping order if DPS from roulette came in above 180.
Just needs a few drops added. It's not much longer then the other 2.
It is an important part of the MSQ so it should remain part of the 60 roulette's to help players clear it. I have no objection to increasing the incentive for players who have already cleared it doing it but in terms of being part of the roulette...regardless of how often pops up it should remain. It should pop up more often than the optional non-MSQ dungeons too just like any MSQ dungeon should.
Also if every dungeon only popped up when someone new was present or if only popped when liked by everyone in the group then most of the dungeons in this game would never pop up so I do not care for that idea as there will always be someone who dislikes any specific dungeon. I do not personally think it pops up too much and I don't see it pop up too often myself, some people might see it pop up more often than other people but that's more likely just bad luck on their part. Some people like it and some do not, sometimes will be a new player doing it as part of the MSQ and sometimes not but it should be treated no different to any other MSQ dungeon...though as said I have no objection to a slightly bigger incentive added to the place from the roulette.
No.

But castrum takes far less time to complete generally than ARF!
I never see people running the Main Scenario Roulette. I don't run it myself because even with a tank, I never get any groups with it. And I think we have enough queues getting screwed up by mismatched group requirements, really don't need more.
And if it wasn't the 60 roulette, where would it be? The levelling roulette? People don't run those with level 60s unless they're desperate for tomes, and if they saw it there, then they'd do what people are doing now: drop out, eat the penalty, and requeue. And it would be far more devastating there because there are far less level 60s in the levelling queue.
And you know what? It gives more tomes than Neverreap and Aetherochemical, and I have far greater issues with Neverreap.

I'd like to add Gil into that little list of desperation. That's why I run Levelling as a 60 these days. And if it wasn't the 60 roulette, where would it be? The levelling roulette?
