    Magitek Armor mount love thread.

    It appears from the live letter translation that they are taking Magitek Armor seriously as a mount based on positive feedback for it from us.

    #XIVLive Q: What kind of other mounts will there be aside from chocobos in the future?

    A: When we did a survey on the forums, we received a lot of requests for "Magitek Armor" as an example. Things like that will be a good reference going forward!
    Since i have not seen a proper Magitek Armor thread going around yet. ...

    That would be one very awesome mount.

    But yeah, I think it would be fantastic to have Magitek in this game =) if not as a mount, then possibly for missions! Someone in an older thread suggested that Chocobo mounts could be used for specific missions where we can't normally traverse, so it'd be great if something similar could be done with Magiteks! Perhaps infiltrating the Garlean Empire?

    Magitek mounts would be the best thing ever, I've been dreaming about since after FFVI (my favourite).

    OR, just a lot more magitek things. Actually, at first, I thought Garleans would wear magitek things all the time.

    As I said in the other one:

    I certainly hope they don't just go with the exact same kind of ideas/designs as FFVI. They should really get a little creative and make it fit with this world.
    Magitek is all well and good if they do it right. I just don't want to see them get lazy and just do a copy/paste from FFVI. This world has its own design and technology level and as such we should see unique magitek.

    This would be awesome, mount diversity is common in other MMOs. Just happy about chocos for now though.
