They would call me and cry, and tell me that now they should be excused from my class and not have to take the final because one of my lectures was not clearly presented to them as I said it would be.

It is called responsibility, most professionals are forced to take it.

Actually it does, as up until the previous 3 updates you couldn't skill up on monsters labeled 'Decent Challenge' and below unless you were heavily under skilled -- You only could skill up on monsters labeled 'Even Match' and higher, which is at your level and a few above.

No one is being "stupid", people are just angry at a Japanese company for live streaming in their native language and translating questions via Twitter.

You only get skill ups if you hit the mob. When you miss, you get no chance of earning skill.
