not even a world class healer can turn a 30minute run into a 20 minute one,

Yes a good healer can exactly that, I did a lost city hard today with two black mages who only did 800 and 1000 dps each including aoe for the duration of the dungeon into a sub 17 minute run by finishing at over 1100 as the healer.
