    With their plan of raising potential house prices in the near future they could incorporate my idea of balancing/trade off for this issue by not raising the personal price as much as the FC price and in that sense it wouldn't be a discount as much as simply not increasing it to the same degree. I remain unmoved from my position of people not being charged the same price for same house when not granted same access to same features as that same price FC version. Whether they should offer a small percentage discount/reimbursement or simply not raising personal prices as much as FC prices to make up for features given to one but not the other despite costing the same, no-one has convinced me yet to change my opinion though they are fully entitled to theirs. I am more than willing to change my stance or opinion if an argument is made which I can agree on to a degree that I change my position but nobody has come up with one compelling enough yet.
