Last boss of the Weeping City of Mhach?

Im not entirely sure if having this boss in a 24 man raid was a good call. It doesn't seem like its really going to do him justice as 24 mans are generally on the easier side of things.

I think, ultimately, it's just a consequence of fan service combined with the fact that the majority of players do not tackle the high end content in this game. I'm glad to see him, though. Seeing iconic bosses from the older titles in a much more advanced look is pretty nice.

I'd be happy with them doing a Minstrel's Ballad of a lot more bosses plucked out of specific instances, including dungeon ones where the dungeon doesn't do their full power justice, e.g. the Lahabrea/Igeyorhm fight. It'd be a nice way to please players like me who enjoy harder fights.
