Maybe I'm wrong, but Horn of The last Unicorn should be a better headgear because it has Crit capped instead of Det, but it is really a little change x)

Only by getting really lucky with Diadem drops. You are only 4 Crit off having max Crit while having Det capped, but that is more due to the lack of an i190+ Crit/Det body.

Both the Eikon Cloth Hat of Aiming (i220) and the Horn of the Last Unicorn(i180/PvP i210) will provide the max Crit/Det (+32 Crit/+30 Det) in i150 synced PvP (Rule of thumb is that all i190+ gear will cap in i150 sync PvP).
