They could always increase those too (i.e. small can have up to 2, medium up to 3, large up to 4) I don't run a big FC, but I imagine that even with the current 3 garden plots, it must be tricky for a large FC in a large house to share the 3 gardens between more than a few of their players.

In fact right now given the price differences, it's more of a benefit of the SMALL houses, not the larger because people can/do buy multiple small houses for the same cost as a medium for the extra gardens (assuming they can get hold of the plots of course...)
